The Training and Documentation area provides training and documentation on a wide ranges of computing and technology topics. The team also creates, edits and oversees many of the documentation efforts undertaken by Computer Services such as newsletters and instructional documents.

Technical Trainer

Brenda Driver leads the Training & Documentation area of Computer Services. She is responsible for conducting and facilitating Banner training, overseeing maintenance of training facilities, directing the production of Computer Services newsletters, and coordinating Computer Services documentation.

Student Workers

The training and documentation team also includes two Student Workers, Krista Parker and Britney Sales, who develop and modify in Computer Services documentation materials and who produce material for the Computer Services newsletters.
